Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead .NET Engineer to contribute to our product while leading and mentoring your fellow developers. Our field is fast-changing, and your work will be key to growing both our product and development team.

  • 25% coaching/developing, 25% architecture/roadmap/25% head down coding/25% peer code reviews. 
  • Finalize transition to .NET Core including upgrading to Identity Server and Entity Framework, build out a more expansive Open API using Azure API Manager and a higher utilization of Power BI in the environment. 
  • Lead the development team as technical leader, mentor, and developer.
  • Prioritize the application roadmap and alignment to the mission of the company.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of .Net/C# with entity framework, Microsoft Azure and React (preferred), Angular or Vue.
  • Strong experience in creating restful APIs using Web API 2 and Entity Framework.
  • Experience creating responsive web apps with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Proven experience leading teams and mentoring other developers with comfort in Agile, Azure DevOps, Jira, SDLC, or similar.
  • Experience with React Native is a plus (we currently have deployed an iPhone and Android app).
  • Ability to commute to Philadelphia for meetings/planning sessions once a month minimum. 
  • A sense of humor, ability to learn things quickly, and a willingness to wear many hats on a growing team in a growing company.
  • Proficient oral and written English communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US; sponsorship not required.
  • Bachelors or equivalent is preferred.
