Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Data Analyst (with 3+ years of experince),  who will be member of the Start Up Pampers CRM organisation and data team that is running Pampers Club. As a data analyst, it’s your job first and foremost to represent the valuable data in front of the team, to help them drive work that is data/insights driven. 

What will you do besides create amazing work? 

  • Define the data tracking plans for our communication campaigns including setting the right dashboards and data events in place.  
    Deliver ongoing and periodic data reports and insights to allow the team to make decisions and learn on our actions. 

  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and/or data models to find communication opportunities/potential problems in our campaigns 

  • Deliver charts and decks that delivers actionable insights. 

  • Liase with CRM managers to deliver A/B testing plans for our campaigns. 

  • Join forces with data team on bigger project that are cross teams. Such as delivering data models for ROI, LTV etc. 

Qualifications

We are looking for you if you have at least 3 years’ experience as a data analyst, preferably in one of the following: product, media campaigns, CRM/Marketing automation teams. If you have hands-on experience in data representation tools, such as Power BI / Google Data Studio and you are a wizard of Excel, also you are fluent or advanced in Python / SQL, has used eg. Google Analytics / Amplitude / Mix panel and you love story telling with data, this is your opportunity! Besides those, having excellent communication skills and speaking English on a high-level is something we seek, and something that you will leverage working with us!
