Join our product development organisation
In the SW Products department, we develop software products to our internal stakeholders as well as end customers, just as we maintain, monitor and refine those products. We offer a key position that involves leading software development teams, strategic R&D development initiatives as well as product maintenance of our core software products.

Passion about people management
As Team Lead, your overall responsibility will be to lead your, motivate and develop your team, enabling you to continuously maintain, develop and deliver software products within the software product portfolio, according to the product roadmaps and strategies. You and your team will collaborate closely with other product teams, the project organisation and the product management team to ensure optimal software delivery. Most importantly, you will have a strong focus on making the team grow and thrive and ensuring a smooth day-to-day working structure

More specifically, the job includes:

  • Daily management of a team of about 4-6 software developers – you will not, by default, have budget and people responsibilities, but it´s possible in the role.
  • Development of your team to maximise the potential of the team as well as the individuals
  • Running your own R&D software development projects 
  • Stakeholder management, maintaining backlogs and prioritizing tasks and forecasting
  • Delivery management for your teams, strong focus on CI/CD and quality
  • Ensuring that our software teams improve software delivery and operational performance

Whether you are an experienced people manager or you want to move in the direction of people management/leading a team, we want to hear from you. You are reliable and responsible, and you are able to communicate with people on all professional levels - both your team, customers and internal stakeholders. Lastly, you have an organized and analytical mindset, so that you can easily comprehend complex tasks.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or similar
  • You have a few years' experience as a manager, team lead or similar or you want to take the next step in your career towards people management
  • You have experience with, or an interest in, the development of software products as well as project management
  • You speak and write English at a high level
  • Your working style is well-structured which allows you to provide a good overview for yourself and for others
