Job Summary   

This purpose of this role is to support the Treasury suite of system applications, which supports the Global Treasury, ERP, 3rd party software, Accounting, payments and collections. The role will report to the TMS Manager in the European Treasury COE. 

Opportunity   

This is a unique opportunity to learn the Treasury, cash and cash equivalent cycles from end to end, as executed within Publicis Groupe.

A key participant in Treasury and ERP Transformation projects, gaining invaluable global experience in Treasury, payments and system theory.  

Applicants will also gain a general understanding of Treasury accounting through application of general ledger transactions for ERP interface for both vanilla and complex Treasury derivatives.  

Opportunities to develop consulting, presentation delivery and relationship management skills.

Key Tasks

• Monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems on a daily basis.
• Allocation/resolution of all tickets in a timely manner in line with the SLA.
• Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum.
• Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for all Treasury transactions.
• Apply known Treasury theory to system applications to enhance automation or resolve ongoing pain points.
• Support deployment of treasury systems in new Geographies.
• Provide system consulting support for Treasury and ERP Transformation projects.
• Design Trax enrichments utilizing Treasury and Banking knowledge.
• Support implementation of system upgrades.
• Management of access rights to the systems & online bank web-portals, in line with Groupe policy and legal framework.
• Troubleshooting interfacing issues with Reuters, banks, FX All and ERPs.
• Swift Administration and coordination with the Swift Service Bureau.
• FXALL administration.
• Maintenance of Reuters Interface for importing of market data.
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as directed by management.
• Assist with business, self and internal audits.

• Knowledge of Treasury function within a MNC
• 2years of experience in a Treasury role
• Experience working in a SSC organization.
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
• A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• FIS Quantum experience
