Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Senior Art Director to work on a well-known brand. This role is located on-site in Huntington Beach, CA. As a Senior Art Director, you will bring big ideas to life through forward-thinking design. In addition to developing the look and feel of our clients’ campaigns, you will also be crafting the concepts. We’re looking for an energetic creative who eats client briefs for breakfast, with an eye for design and an ear for what’s trending. A resident ad nerd who knows what’s winning awards before we do, you can cite design influences and know your favorite commercial by heart.

As part of this role, you will support the creative journey from initial presentation through to your scroll-stopping social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with a Copywriter.
  • Create and implement the visual design components of an advertising campaign.
  • Produce designs for campaigns that reflect the client’s needs and target audience.
  • With guidance and direction, work across all content platforms from TV commercials, print, digital, social, and experiential.
  • Stay in the know of what’s happening in the industry, popular culture, and trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in an ad agency or in-house creative department.
  • Degree in Art, Communications, or related Visual Design.
  • Strong technical skills, including Macintosh, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
  • A strong working knowledge and experience of design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Print and web design capabilities, with knowledge of how to work in both for integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to persuade and sell in work.
