Job Description

The Associate Marketing Operations Specialist leverages technology, systems, processes, and data to directly impact marketing strategy and operational functions of the marketing organization, ultimately supporting the achievement of company objectives and sales targets.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Support marketing initiatives that impact demand generation, sales enablement, and pipeline effectiveness 

  • Execute operations efficiency strategies set by Marketing Operations Manager 

  • Build data architecture, system optimizations, and dashboards that enable effective reporting of departmental KPIs for visibility into marketing performance 

  • Create standard operating procedures and train team on Marketing technology stack, including Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Vidyard, Monday.com etc., serving as an internal resource to optimize technology 

  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, tech ops, Salesforce administrators, development teams and other internal operational teams to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness  

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to automate, clarify, and align existing operational processes  

  • Follow Agile principles of project initiation, planning, design, execution, verification, maintenance, and performance/monitoring 

  • 5% travel required

  • Proven track record of establishing alignment across teams to reach goals

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including MS Excel 

Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience 

  • Six (6) months to One (1) year of relevant marketing, sales, or operations experience 

  • Light to intermediate experience with CRMs and/or Marketing Automation Platforms 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • One (1) to Two (2) years of relevant marketing, sales, or operations experience 

  • Proficiency in CRMs and Marketing Automation Platforms, with Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience a plus 

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot frontend issues 

  • Associate or degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field
