We are looking for a People Partner Associate to be in charged in thee focused area : 

1. Talent Management ; Drive end to end Talent Acquisition activities, Talent Development and Employee Retention Program. 
2. Become an ambassador of organizational culture, plan and implement organizational culture activities.
3. Plan a series of activities to leverage Ekipa's Employer Brand.

• Have experience and high interest with people and all related area in people management. 
• Have experience and high interest with Digital Marketing
• Tech savvy is a must
• Having good communication skills both in Bahasa and English
• Has an Agile Mindset ; self-motivated, diligent and responsive, resilient and can adapt to changes quickly.
