Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process samples for testing and release;
  • Product label review;
  • Accessing and retrieving documents from Health Canada website;
  • Logging and tracking Good Manufacturing Practices documents;
  • SOP updates;
  • Proofreading work/output against source documents;
  • Attend meetings as necessary;
  • Assessment of warehouse records;
  • Assess transportation storage conditions;
  • Assist Account Managers with GMP duties;
  • Review GMP documentation;
  • Initiation of change controls, deviations and SOP requests;
  • Retain sample organization;
  • Destruction of samples;
  • Preparation of training documents, presentations etc.
  • Additional Regulatory/Quality tasks as required by Supervisors.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • Regulatory and Quality certificate in progress
  • Good problem-solving skills and an understanding of GxPs (GPP, GLPs, GMPs)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Acrobat
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
