Job Description

Looking for a full-time copywriter to work on an iconic brand. These roles are located on-site in Huntington Beach, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Crafting stories and building brands through campaign level thinking and execution
  • Ongoing development of new ideas, creative concepts, storytelling, and design solutions across print, digital, social and video disciplines
  • Develop original concepts and executions with the intention of sparking conversation and engagement in the digital and social media space. These ideas can be published across various brand channels, published through influencer channels, or may transcend social media, digital and traditional advertising
  • Convey ideas through the creation of engaging presentations
  • Work with strategy, account, producers and other team members to flesh out the creative development of ideas and tactical executions.
  • In all social media-specific concepts, be sure to understand various execution formats and incorporate creative/design/layout best practices for various social media networks

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an ad agency or in-house creative department (advertising, PR, digital and social media)
  • Strategic and thoughtful in their approach to campaign concepts
  • Portfolio shows conceptual thinking, execution and range of categories.
  • Social/digital native, with opportunities to work on TV campaigns.
  • Proactive in reaching out to cross functional team members to problem solve and keep projects moving forward
  • Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite a must for Art Director
  • Production experience
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Basic understanding of media / channel creative strategy 
  • Bilingual required (Spanish)
