We are currently looking for skilled & passionate Senior Dart/Flutter Developer - App Tracking (m/f/d) across Medior and Senior levels to support us in building the fastest & most intuitive shopping app using a brand new tech stack, either working onsite in Hamburg or remote within the EU.

As ABOUT YOU is rapidly growing we are looking for a new colleague for our Tech Department which is the heart of ABOUT YOU, driven by the passion to develop the best infrastructure & applications. You will work on high-scalable products on a cloud-based infrastructure and collaborate with developers who constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” technology.

Challenges the team will be working on in the next months:

Improving the customer experience by implementing tracking solutions to quantify new features and support data-driven decision making.

What you will do

• Implement firebase or adjust tracking solutions in our App version using Dart/Flutter and firebase to reach the highest performance standards.
• Work closely together with other experienced developers, managers, QA, and designers to ship new components and features
• Be a mentor to more junior team members and always act as a good example regarding coding standards and code reviews
• Draft architectural decisions together with our App Tech Lead and the Technical Head of Tracking.
• Have a direct impact on team processes by regular retrospectives

Who you are

• You have 3+ years of experience in building complex customer-facing applications
• You are very proficient in App development and had first touch points coding in Dart/Flutter
• You have experience in firebase and/or GCP
• You have a deep understanding of the basics and worked in a fast-changing environment before
• You write well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in check
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are used to working in an English speaking environment
• You have knowledge in consent management
