Our customer is a fast-growing Northern European fintech company that has developed an advanced and comprehensive platform covering credit solutions for Ecom/POS, Ledger service, Factoring, Loans/Deposit, and Debt Collection.

We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer with skills of Build & Release engineer who will take part in creating enterprise-level products in the financial domain. This role offers the opportunity to participate in development  and delivery of software products used by people across several European countries.

You will be responsible for software engineering in C++ and setup & creation of new release builds of the system and partially support it.
The project’s team includes a Development Team and a Build Release Team with which you will communicate closely.  You will work in a multicultural environment with talented colleagues from different European countries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new service components, bug fixing in the system
• Automation of the build creation and creation of new releases for the system
• Refactor existing modules toward enhanced architecture
• Share knowledge in team

• 2+ years’ experience in software engineering as a C++ developer.
• Experience in automation of the build creation and creation of new releases, Pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012-2022.
• Good knowledge of C++, XML, experience with MS SQL DB and SQL Management Studio.
• Base-level skills in C#, HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of software development methodology and software lifecycle processes, especially Agile (Scrum).
• Good knowledge of software configuration management processes and tools (MS TFS).
• Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, math, or related field.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven personal approach and passion for helping others.

Nice to have:

• Experience as a DevOps engineer  would be a huge plus
• Knowledge of SOAP and OLE DB.
• Knowledge of SQL Compare tool in MS Visual Studio.
• Experience with financial solutions.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC.
