    Job Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in the field of human services.  Join our team of clinical and administrative executives and play an integral part in overseeing the daily operations of our Residential Programs as a Director of Residential Services.  

    Scheduled hours include Monday-Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm and Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of all Evergreen Center Residential Programs.
    • Monitors the residential staff performance evaluation process and the resolution of personnel problems. 
    • Assisting in monitoring EEC licensing issues and compliance documentation
    • Responsible for the direct supervision of Overnight Supervisors, Evening and Weekend Supervisors and Residential Operations Coordinators.
    • Provides onsite behavioral/administrative support and back-up for students and/or units.
    • Monitors the effective completion of required documentation by supervisory staff.

    Qualifications

    • A Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience and willingness to complete Master’s program considered. 
    • BCBA Certification or a willingness to complete an agency-sponsored BCBA preparation program preferred.
    • Three years of administrative/supervisory experience in the human services field.
    • Five years of relevant experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
