To develop, maintain and support the SNOW DIS database with application recognition, normalization and categorization – in the Analyst team. The team shares the responsibility for these tasks and work in an agile manner. Provide the last line of support on DIS-related tickets and help the team do focused customer projects/poc’s to enable new business.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Analyze incoming data and provide the proper action for recognition, normalization and categorization.
• Solve problems/Support cases.
• Perform quality control/assurance activities according to the QC process.
• Assist in testing of AT tool, providing feedback and creating new requirements based on need from Analysts.
• Participate in science projects when appropriate.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
