Job Description

Beacon of Connecticut is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming phone calls, emails, and electronic inquiries through the referral and scheduling phone line, completing new client registration, obtaining relevant billing and demographic information, answering client questions, and providing assistance to families and staff regarding scheduling concerns.

This Scheduling Coordinator will also responsible for processing, logging, and tracking all incoming Beacon of Connecticut client referrals and maintaining. They will work in conjunction with clinical staff to schedule all appointments for Beacon.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

· BA/BS is required

· Two (2) years of experience in an office or medical practice setting is required

· Strong communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
