Job Description

The Specialty Product Representative will focus on selling our key card solutions across multiple markets. We are looking for that perfect mix of a fast-learning, energetic, optimistic, results-oriented individual. In this role, opportunities are developed via phone and email with no outside travel. Closed deals mean commission and exceeding quota has its rewards, too. But you have to be driven to win.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications from existing customers to maintain inventory levels of keycard solutions.  

  • Ability to make prospecting efforts to find good matches for our Keycard products in YMCAs, JCCs, and other markets.   

  • Negotiate and close new business that brings value to all parties 

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals 

  • Maintain and accurately  forecast Keycard sales pipeline 

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all sales team members  

  • Easily adopt to changes as the Keycard business evolves 

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Ability to stay organized and manage a territory in a fast-paced, activity-driven environment 

  • Extreme ownership of responsibilities and drive to excel 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills 

  • Ability to listen to understand the client’s needs before offering solutions 

  • Motivated by the hunt and always looking for the next prospect 

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

  • One (1) year of sales or customer service experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • One (1) to two (2) years of sales or customer service experience 

  • Inside Sales experience is preferred 

  • Experience making cold calls 

  • Experience with inventory management 

  • Experience in the health and wellness industry 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
