Currently, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will join our team to help us bring meaningful change to technical recruitment and talent management.

Job Description

  • Manage the daily performance marketing channels, including setting up campaigns, testing, scheduling, deploying, and reporting,

  • Focus on delivering business results agreed for a specific timeframe

  • Carefully monitor and measure performance, running A/B tests, gathering insights, and continually optimizing channels to their fullest extent,

  • Develop and execute ad copy to scale campaigns and audiences efficiently, 

  • Design and deliver regular performance recaps, generating insights and suggestions to support our continued growth

  • Research and leverage industry and channel trends - performing competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies,

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on performance marketing tests, designs, and measurement,

  • Cooperate closely with the marketing and sales teams, gather feedback, reiterate, brainstorm, and help in developing and improving campaigns and content,

  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization

  • Continue to be innovative by learning new tools and technologies to find ways for effective audience targeting

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in B2B lead generation in a technology product and/or services company,

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills,

  • Proficiency with biddable platforms - primarily Google, however experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Ads is a bonus,

  • Experience managing large ad spend budgets, and optimizing for KPIs like CPC, CVR, and CPA,

  • Proficiency data visualization skills in Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and similar tools,

  • Ability to work well in an international team environment and easily connect with others,

  • Proactivity and a problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-have:

  • Understanding of Salesforce and/or Pardot,

  • Experience with Wordpress,

  • Content writing skills.
