Job Description

Shape the future of eCommerce in the Nordics

You’ll be part of a diverse cross-functional European Marketing team, tasked with creating the buzz around an emerging payments SaaS product. We run with the challenger brand mindset, searching for unique opportunities to provoke the industry and tell our customers what no one else will. This team works at high pace to identify movements in the market and unleash its creativity to the benefit of the brand. We are supported on this journey by several expert agencies, from digital to PR, but nobody knows our business like you do! 

You’ll be powering growth in eCommerce 

This role is at the forefront of customer insight, ideation and creativity. You need to understand the ecommerce ecosystem like the back of your hand, and have experience working with payments, so that you can write campaigns that humanise this industry and give it a dose of humour, playfulness, and empathy. 

Your will have a few best friends on this journey - our Sales teams to bounce ideas with on what will resonate with customers, and our Digital Project Manager, who is the bridge between you and the agency, to make sure your wildest (digital) dreams / campaign ideas come true. Inside the team, we have experts in PR, Partner Marketing and Product Marketing. We also call on our partners in Creative and Design, as well as Events Management when needed. 

Your key tasks and responsibilities are 

  • Hold your finger on the pulse of 3 Nordic markets, identify tactical marketing opportunities based on unmet needs of our customers or the failings of the competition
  • Share your insights with local Sales teams to evolve approaches to targeting / marketing / sales for future campaigns
  • Define end-to-end campaigns and user journeys, with key messages at every step - learn from best practice of the edgiest FinTechs
  • Liaise with Digital Project Manager and the agency on bringing the campaigns to life, refine based on learnings and performance
  • Collaborate with the wider team when planning local thought leadership, events, webinars, community engagement, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications

Your qualifications include

  • 5+ years of experience either client- or agency-side in a similar role, with exposure to ecommerce, FinTech, SaaS, or (ideally) payments

  • Strong POV on what makes for good B2B marketing by a challenger brand, both at awareness building and lead gen level. Yes, we expect you to love writing copy. 

  • Advanced understanding of the marketing campaign creation and management process, working with lists and targeting across different platforms 

  • Ability to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with Sales teams, and understanding of how digital products are built and scaled

  • Personal efficiency and growth mindset

    Must have: excellent spoken and written English and Swedish
