Job Description

  • Established and profound network in textile brand world (+10 years brand experience)
  • Profound knowledge in textile supply chain (Product Design, Development, Sourcing, Materials, Quality/Sustainability Experience)
  • Experience with multi stakeholder initiatives (textile-, NGO’s – and sustainability organizations within the textile supply chain)
  • Profound knowledge in textile processing and manufacturing chain
  • Establish the bluesign system in various industries (Denim, Fashion, Luxury, Professional Wear, Promotional Apparel, Footwear) on the US West Coast and possibly other US States within 2 – 3 years
  • Focus lies on the acquisition of brands and retailers, but also on Material Manufacturers and Chemical manufacturers
  • Supporting bluesign System Partners in implementing the bluesign® system in their organization, marketing and supply chain
  • Maintain regular/intensive contact to System Partners to promote/sell our services (New acceleration program, ACADEMY services)
  • Develop additional business/revenue for bluesign and our System Partners (new service schemes)
  • Support of regional and local CRM activities (cross region support)
  • Support of bluesign market penetration activities
  • Strengthening the value of the bluesign® system within System Partners organizations (focus sustainability)
  • Establish the bluesign system and services in the target segments together with the bluesign organization (especially with CRM colleagues, Brand Services team and Marketing team)
  • Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategy in target segments
    • In line with overall company strategy
    • Communication, delivering presentations
    • Trade Shows
    • Networking
  • CRM Management
    • Support and Coordinate customers related activities
    • Ensure payments and keep customer data up to date
    • Training of customer personnel in co-operation with TSE, Brand Services and Academy
    • Lead whole acquisition process
    • Acquire new customers
  • Regular feedback on sales activities of region
  • Regular feedback on competitor’s activities and market developments in region
  • Ensure achievement of objectives set in mid-range plan and yearly budgets
  • Ensure company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Brand Services
