PROJECT MANAGER

If you have already gained a few years of experience as a Project Manager in an agency environment and you are inspired by managing multiple ongoing end-to-end projects, we just might have a seat for you in our office! You will have the chance to work together with our internal creative, SEO, development teams, and your clients could be anywhere from the globe.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

·        Supporting various P&G Fabric Care brands on several markets.

·        You will have the opportunity to work with international teams within the company in NY and Cincinnati and your clients will be from every part of the world.

·        You will be responsible for eContent and website management and for delivering all these projects in a timely manner.

·        Being responsible for the daily workflow including but not limited to allocating resources, briefing internal and external teams).

·        You will manage the finances of your projects, issuing POs, invoicing and tracking all internal and external costs.

·        Preparing audit files, maintaining trackers, collecting data, creating reports.

·        Bringing under one roof the creative, SEO, development and content editor teams. You will review creative materials based on the brief, platform requirements and industry best practices.

·        Delivering eCommerce and digital assets.

·        Staying up to date with the client’s main global eRetailers’ specifications.

·        Working collaboratively with third parties such as other creative, translation or search agencies.

We are looking for you if you

·        Have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager, preferably from the advertisement agency world

·        Are fluent in English as you will use it every day to communicate with clients, partners and your colleagues.

·        Really have a strong project ownership and feel the confidence to work with different international parties at the same time

·        Are comfortable with working in an ever-changing environment – but if you’ve ticked off the agency experience from your list, you know what we are talking about.

·        Can make your own decisions. Of course, there will be a whole team behind you, but we need you to be able to work independently too.

·        Have an interest in digital marketing. But if you’ve made it this far, you probably are!
