Pronto Marketing is a complete WordPress website management solution, providing fully-managed websites and online marketing services to over 1200 small and medium-sized businesses in the US and around the world. Founded in 2008, American-owned, and based in Thailand and the Philippines, we have a team of over 100 developers, designers, copywriters, SEO, advertising, and customer support specialists working and following our Pronto Values daily.

Since the global pandemic in 2020, Pronto has become a fully remote company and is looking to hire new talent from the Eastern European to Australian time zones that are able to coordinate with our main teams in Thailand and the Philippines. Most teams communicate daily via Slack, have weekly Zoom meetings and monthly in-person meetings (for those based in Thailand/Philippines), and an annual company retreat (flights and accommodations covered).

Job Description

Introduction

As a Website Manager, you will be responsible for the websites of roughly 8-12 clients on our highest website support tier. This involves being a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact, responsible for managing all website inquiries, updates, and projects in an efficient and timely manner. You will work with a team of web specialists, but should have a good understanding and ability to carry out basic website update and development tasks yourself.

As well as maintaining good client relationships, you should also be able to continuously share ideas to help improve our team, tools, and processes. With plenty of opportunities for leadership and growth, Pronto is a company dedicated to working hard and playing hard!

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for roughly 8-12 clients in our website support division
  • Communicate with clients and manage requests via task boards, support helpdesk, and phone calls
  • Carry out basic website update and development tasks (WordPress/HTML/CSS) and troubleshoot plugins, integrations, and solutions
  • Work with a team of copywriters, designers, developers, and engineers for larger projects/more complex tasks
  • Maintain good client relationships, time management, workload, and quality control for all clients in-hand
  • Continuously share ideas to help improve our teams, tools, and processes

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency with excellent understanding, writing and communication skills
  • At least 3-years experience in WordPress development, with a good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery etc.)
  • Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, UX/UI design, and basic SEO
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service, client communication, project management, or online marketing (US clients a plus)
