As Project Controller you are the main contact for project managers and directors regarding commercial and financial aspects in a number of large global high-technological intralogistics systems. You will be working both locally and internationally and be a key member of international project teams.

You will be part of the controller team in Finance in Aarhus and an integrated part of an international project controller team. The main tasks are to deliver world class controlling on international projects including:

  • Help define project goals and objectives and create and maintain project-related budgets and schedules
  • Support the project managers with Risk- and Change Management
  • Execute project cost controlling and forecasting
  • Support the projects regarding taxes, transfer pricing, insurance, contract compliance issues, bonds and hedging with help from our in-house specialists
  • Analyze progress reported against the work schedules and recommend actions to improve progress and overall project performance
  • Ensure the right booking of the project financials incl. month end closing and accruals
  • Carry out daily operation by invoicing, monitoring receivables and following up on supplier invoices
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and forecast for selected projects
  • Challenge the numbers and your colleagues with the right balance of pragmatism and sense for the details

You have a B.SC. or M.SC. in Business Administration or Commercial Economics equivalent to the Danish cand.merc. or a Danish HD, and you have a good business understanding. Additionally:

  • You hold several years of experience with project controlling - especially experience in projects and commercial area
  • You have worked on large scale and complex delivery projects in an international environment.
  • You exhibit a proven insight into business processes, cost budgeting and estimating, Risk Management forecasting and Change Management
  • It is essential that you speak and write English fluently.
  • You are a good team player with strong communication skills, who is self-driven, responsible and analytical.
  • You have sound collaboration skills and you are motivated by creating results in close cooperation with your team members and your colleagues in other BEUMER Group companies.
  • You are able to challenge the project team in a constructive manner because you possess a natural authority to get your message through.
  • You are familiar with MS Office, in particular strong Excel skills

We have just implemented SAP S/4HANA at BEUMER Group A/S and previous experience with SAP within project controlling and project system is an advantage.
