Job Description

  • Monitor and initiate takedowns on various online auction sites, marketplaces and social media for infringing listings
  •  Maintain records and dockets regarding enforcement efforts
  • Conduct conference calls and email correspondence with clients for updates on enforcement progress
  • Complete monthly and/or weekly status reports via Excel, PowerPoint and/or Word format for clients
  • Draft Cease and Desist letters and negotiate successful outcomes
  • Develop evidence related to infringing activity
  • Train and aid Internet Researchers on product ID and online searching
  • Aid attorneys on domain name enforcement and infringing website removals
  • Work closely with fellow Brand Protection Specialists and Attorneys on special projects

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record
  • 1+ years of work experience in a corporate and/or legal settings

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Excellent analytical, management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Korean and/or simplified Chinese is a plus
