Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager will manage a team of Customer Journey Marketers to create programs and campaigns to acquire new customers, retain existing members and drive existing members up the Spear ecosystem into a higher tier membership. 

What you will do: 

  • Work with Product Marketing Managers to understand persona and member behaviors, product value propositions and messaging  
  • Own the prospect and customer marketing journey to ensure that customers have a clear path to conversion 
  • Work in Sales to ensure the Sales and Marketing funnel is cohesive and keeps the customer on track to conversion/retention 
  • Work with the Downstream Marketing team to plan and execute programs and campaigns developed by your team 
  • Report on Funnel performance regularly 
  • Report on program and campaign performance 
  • Understand the top reasons for churn and work with your team to develop strategies to prevent customer loss 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing 
  • 5+ years in a marketing role with experience managing a team 
  • Customer Journey Marketing experience 
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects with little oversight 
  • Dental Background a plus
