Job Description

The Talent and Culture Business Partner provides direct support to managers and employees. Working in a creative and agile environment, you will actively participate in challenging projects that will support the growth of the firm.

How you will make an impact

  • Act as a point of contact and facilitator for all issues related to human resources management for the firm's managers and employees;
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic initiatives and collaborate on various projects and that promote employee engagement and retention (total compensation structure, external and internal equity, employer brand, succession development);
  • Accompany and advise managers in action to develop their management reflexes;
  • Work with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and strategies;
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance issues;
  • Identify training and development needs and collaborate with both the manager and the talent and culture team towards the implementation of development plans;  
  • Ensure the completion of HR processes such as annual increases, bonus management, performance management and competencies;
  • Participate in the development of various HR policies and processes and ensure their adherence;
  • Ensure effective change management in a growth environment.

What will set you apart

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related field;
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in a generalist HR role;
  • Member of the CPHR order, an asset;
  • Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written;
  • Results-oriented and customer service-oriented;
  • Strong leadership and ability to communicate in a persuasive manner;
  • Ability to identify business needs and translate them into action for the well-being of employees;
  • Team player;
  • Curious and creative in finding solutions;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
