At BEUMER Group we have a position open within digital marketing. In this role you can make your mark on a global company’s continued marketing efforts in more than 70 countries. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player and based as part of our marketing team in Denmark. From here we work closely with other international marketing colleagues in Germany and the US, as well as our external digital partners.

A small marketing team with a global impact
BEUMER Group's customers include some of the largest brands in the world, such as Nike, DHL and many large, international airport hubs. You will become part of our small, but experienced Marketing and Communications team in Aarhus, Denmark. We work globally with the responsibility for marketing our airport baggage handling systems and logistic systems solutions for e-commerce, fashion, retail, etc. In close collaboration with our global sales organisation and a global marketing team of 10 marketing colleagues spread across Denmark, Germany and the US, we cover tasks within content marketing, marketing automation, events, product marketing, PR, SoMe, BI, video production, VR/AR and much more – and you get to be a part of it all.

Our Digital Marketing specialist
Your primary responsibility will be within our digital landscape driven by WordPress CMS and the Marketo marketing automation system. Tasks include dashboard optimisation, A/B tests, email campaign workflows and lead generation for which, you will join forces with our global marketing automation team and external specialists. In this role, you will get to:

• Set up global e-mail campaigns via Marketo (includes operation and reporting)
• Manage SoMe campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads etc.)
• Create and optimise landing pages in WordPress
• Create and develop marketing dashboards for optimising our marketing activities
• Further develop and optimise digital efforts and performances
• Explore and test new possibilities for improving our digital performance and optimise conversions
• Ad hoc content tasks such as internal and external video production
• Collaborate with external agencies in Denmark, UK and US
• Support and collaborate with BEUMER companies world wide

 Independent and clever digital enthusiast
You enjoy the dynamics of working in a small team which includes having the responsibility of managing projects independently.  You are a digital marketing enthusiast – maybe with a background from the agency world. You have a taste for the extrovert marketing life and like to challenge our current ways of working. We imagine that:

• You have a professional background in digital marketing, preferably with knowledge of inbound marketing.
• You know how to plan and execute online campaigns using marketing automation and social media.
• You enjoy getting to know a business and understand that collaborating across departments and geography is key.
• You can drive your own projects, manage your stakeholders and respect tight deadlines
• You have an interest in online broadcasting such as webinars.
• You have a data-driven mindset.
• You speak and write English.
• You dare to crack a joke when we're all busy.
