At Luckie, our strategy and planning team is made up of creative, digitally-minded marketers who understand people as much as they understand business and brands.

We’re currently searching for a Strategy Director to some of our help our health-focused clients imagine a more exciting future for their brand while laying the groundwork to make it happen.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Be a lead strategic voice for marketing and advertising solutions in terms of best practices, new innovations, and initiatives.
  • Lead development of compelling communications strategies which drive transformative ideas for integrated creative executions through the full message funnel.
  • Plan and lead complex marketing solutions workshop sessions.
  • Serve as strategic partner for high levels of client organizations, cross-agency relationships, and our senior creative leadership and senior strategic engagement (client services)
  • Run and participate in both internal and client work sessions and meeting presentations 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Your high proficiency in all brand strategy and communication skills & knowledge has been demonstrated over a sustained period with multiple assignments and teams.
  • You’ve worked in some combination of finance, tourism, CPG, utilities, and pharma.
  • You’re charismatic with strong written and oral communication skills as well as powerful presentation skills.
  • You’re a consumer insights and cultural trends junkie, with an unquenched curiosity for how people do what they do in all aspects of daily living.
  • You’re a strategic collaborator with the brand team who ensures a strong fit between equity and initiatives.
  • You love high-concept initiatives which go beyond tasks and brands assigned.
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience at an agency in strategic brand planning.
