The Global People Operations team seeks to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. With our compassionate leadership, we develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We gather and analyze data that is required to create and drive People-related strategies.

The People Operations Partner will work to deliver best in class employee experience through projects, processes and employee relationships that seek to improve employee lifecycle processes. Person in this role will drive programs like Performance management, Pulse engagement surveys, People Analytics and Culture. The Ideal candidate is highly motivated, team player, critical thinker and problem solver with high emotional intelligence.

Job Description

  • Create and maintain partnerships with geographically distributed teams

  • Advocate for employees, improve their experience

  • Gather, analyze and provide visibility on analytics related to organisational needs and it’s employees

  • Provide compassionate leadership while building relationship with employees, helping them to navigate organisational complexity

  • Enhance existing and develop new People processes, strive for simplicity and effectiveness. Innovate in the People Operation field.

  • Manage employees' experience during exits, onboarding and transfers.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

  • 3+ years People Operations/Human Resources experience 

  • Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding)

  • Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights

  • Experience building high load, scalable and robust systems.

  • Ability to go above your functional responsibilities and help to solve problems across departments and business verticals.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience at a fast-paced, high growth Tech company

  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  • Strong focus on delivering results, ability to think out of the box and beyond your area of responsibility.
