We are looking for a Product Quality Navigator who will contribute to further develop our growth by increasing quality of the range and the total customer experience perception.

Job Description

As a Product Quality Navigator within BA Livingroom you will perform quality and safety related activities, both proactively by contributing to the product development and reactively by managing product deviations within the BA (such as Safety & Quality alarms, Sale stops).

Assignment:

  • Coordinate and manage Quality Alarms as well as root cause analysis and follow ups.
  • Manage Safety alarms including safety investigation and collect data for authority reportings when needed.
  • Initiate and coordinate direct actions on the selling range (sale stop, blocked goods) and act as main contact person
  • Evaluate stock correction actions and priorities; approve Buyer Claims (Buyer Claim Facilitation IOS)
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and Product Safety Risk Assessment
  • Monitor, analyse and report quality and safety performance of current range.
  • Translate findings into product improvement potentials and give input to action plans
  • Analyse customer feedback and translate findings into actions and learnings for future developments
  • Contribute to BA action and portfolio plans by insights and analyses of current range and performances
  • Act as main contact towards Quality Support Center (QSC) and Quality Stores on Business Area level
  • Contribute to develop methods and tools in the BA that support quality, safety and continuous improvements
  • Capture learnings and actively share knowledge connected to product quality and deviations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with interest in and experience from quality deviation handling, quality improvements and measurements through the eyes of the customer. Who has the leadership ability to lead but also to delegate, trust and give others responsibility in a humble way. Are fluent both in spoken and written English. We see that you have:

  • Analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to transform data into concrete actions and learnings

You are able to work in a changing and fast-moving environment, you have a problem solving approach with an accuracy for details and you work in a structured way.
