To our amazing team we are seeking for After Sales Leader who will lead the after sales agenda at IKEA Intralogistics. 

Job Description

As a After Sales Leader in our team we want you to secure excellent performance and growth. You will act as One Global After Sales Operations along our core processes, together with relevant functions and people contributing towards IKEA business objectives.

You will lead and create BPL process for After Sales based on relevant IKEA strategies, directions, and future customer’s needs. Organize, lead, and encourage all involved with the aim to create growth by developing the business and people together. You will lead the implementation of the Business plan and secure the goal fulfilment and develop and build business competence within area of responsibility. 

Furthermore, you will be responsible to create budget for After Sales, follow up, act on deviations and profit and lost. Responsible to share in comprehensive way direction, actions, and status to different stakeholders. You will secure service with external and internal partners regarding equipment, processes & ways of working. You will also lead and implement action plans which delivers to Intralogistics business direction. 

This is a new role within our organization which means that you will be able to shape the role.
 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we like you to inspire, Motivate and develop people. To have the ability to communicate in a clear and comprehensive way both verbally and written. Be a self-driven and problem-solver and able to transform overall strategies and directions to local actions. You have a holistic approach using both tactical and strategic approaches.

You are used to handling stakeholders in all part of the organization and understand their demands. You work cross functional and build long trust professional relationship. You can secure executive summary and lead in a constant change environment. With your strong business knowledge, you can evaluate ideas from a commercial viewpoint. 

Furthermore, you have good financial knowledge and experience from leading both Business and People. You have strong leadership skills and a genuine interest for people together with good Ikea knowledge. Knowledge and experience of warehouse operation and good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
