As Senior Project Manager in ProCon Wind Energy, you will be provided with a unique opportunity to participate in all relevant disciplines in large-scale Wind Power projects. You will establish and maintain a close cooperation with customers, key suppliers, site managers and back office.

This includes:

• Being a part of the project execution process from A – Z
• Purchasing of components and other materials for projects together with our Procurement
• Guiding and managing blue collars regarding project execution in close collaboration with Site Manager
• Participating in customer and supplier meetings
• Managing the project budget in cooperation with our Finance Department
• Keeping track on project time plan and progress
• Ensuring a safe and quality focused environment together with our QHSE Department
• Travelling internationally in certain cases

• Technical background
• Preferably a degree in Business and/or Project Management, or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with project management
• Any experience fromoffshore/wind industry is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills within execution of international large-scale projects
• Commercial and organizational skills
• Solid contractual understanding
• Experienced user within Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
• Danish and English language capabilities at a professional and technical level - both written and oral. It is an advantage if you know German
• You are a master in independently handling complex projects that usually change on a short notice
• You are capable of leading a shared project team consisting of different administrative supporting functions as well as personnel on site, and capable of taking the needed decisions

Work location

You will most likely be working from our offices in Aalborg, however, we also have offices in Aarhus and Esbjerg. Travel activity must be expected (around 40 days a year).
