To design, develop, test and deploy software solutions with end user and customer value in focus

• Responsible for (together with the team) ensuring that the design and implementation of software solutions is of the right quality
• Responsible for (together with the team) ensuring that any known customer needs and preconditions are taken into account in the solution design
• Responsible for (together with the team) identifying and acting on continuous improvements within the team

• Knowledge and experience in designing and developing software solutions
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Systems thinking
• Agile ways of thinking
• Programming skills in relevant languages dependent on team/role .Net / Golang
• Knowledge of how software is developed, tested, and delivered in a modern way
• Experienced in building microservices in an event-driven architecture
• Experienced with .NET Core
• Experienced with architecture and system design
• Have a willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages when needed, for example, Go / Golang
