If you have the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly then the below applies to you:

• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports;
• Weekly Inventory, Bank and Revenue reconciliation with sales report;
• Recording, processing, and billing of revenue-generating work;
• Maintain financial records as per accounting standards;
• Keep a record of every transaction in a professional manner by both soft copy and hard copy;
• Sound Knowledge and responsible for all VAT and TAX related tasks;
• Follow-up customer calls and emails;
• Maintains various accounts related register and upgrade/update in time on a regular basis;
• Make sure all transactions are posted in the software and register properly;
• Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the team leads and department head from time to time;

Education and experience:

• CA (CC) from a reputed firm/MBA/ Masters with Major Concentration in Finance/Accounts from any reputed university.
• Minimum 1-2-years working experience;
• Applicants who completed CA (CC) are preferred;

Must have:

• Good working experience with Google Sheets and Docs is preferred; 
• Working experience in Microsoft Excel is a must;
• Must possess good IT skills and be well conversant with Automated Accounting/ Finance Systems;

Good to have:

• Experience in Quickbooks will be added as an advantage;

• Someone who will take ownership of a feature or application from initial conception through release while also assisting others when the need arises.
