Job Description

Purpose:            

Stimulate sales of Wolf and Champion brands with existing and new accounts in your countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop sales through a distributor network, always looking for new business channels.
  • Develop price strategies to maximize sales and profitability within Italy.
  • Guide and support your customers in the development of product mix, promotion, price, and distribution strategies for our products.
  • You are responsible for the turnover and profit generated by your customers and react in due time to reach your objectives. You have to monitor and are responsible of accounts receivables.
  • Implement the international sales strategies by developing key account plans for your customers where you detail objectives for each account.
  • Organize technical and commercial training sessions to the sales network of distributors and propose incentive programs to drive sales and interest.
  • Monitor overall customer information and gather trends of market and competitors and provide input to sales and marketing manager.

Qualifications

  • +10 years experience in sales and managing large key accounts
  • experience in Automotive Aftermarket
  • experience with working in an international environment
  • ability to travel extensively in your region, work independently and learn continuously.
  • goal oriented
  • experience with leading a sales team
  • fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
  • good knowledge of MS Office applications
