ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to welcome into the Publicis Groupe family.  This role will require someone with proven experience in leading high-performing integrated teams which incorporate multidisciplinary skills and capabilities. You will lead the charge on one of the networks biggest pieces of business that touches multiple brands and teams. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about creative excellence and award hungry!

ROLE:  Responsible for growing client relationships and leading strategic recommendations across your client portfolio.  Your role is one of leadership, partnership, and example, inspiring and coaching your team to provide the best possible service to our clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading strategy development and success criteria for your client portfolio
  • Leading the agency team to ensure efficient running of account(s)
  • Strategically managing the agency-client relationship
  • Full management of financials – budget control and forecasting
  • Manages the workflow, operational and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments including: 
    • Ensuring a high level of creative output
    • Initiating the integrated involvement of the agency to deliver solutions
    • Drives measurement and evaluation of all activities

We're looking for a Senior Account Director who ideally has:

  • 6+ years agency experience in account management
  • People management, team building, leadership experience
  • Strong project management, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
