SteelEye is a fast moving RegTech (Regulatory Technology) start-up that is helping financial companies (e.g. banks, investment firms, brokers, hedge funds and asset managers) meet their obligations under various global financial regulations.

At SteelEye, marketing is about understanding our clients and the market, and building awareness about how our solutions meet pressing industry needs. We are looking for an versatile Marketing Manager who can help us develop and execute on our marketing strategy in Europe and the UK

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Executing on SteelEye’s marketing plan

• Ensuring that activities and tactics are fit for purpose and meeting objectives

• Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish

• Building successful campaigns across a range of channels, gaining internal support and driving collaboration across marketing, sales and other departments

• Analysing and understanding customer insights and industry trends to enhance performance

• Supporting sales team with lead and pipeline nurturing designed to increase our conversion rates

• Working with SteelEye’s PR agency to raise the profile of the company in industry press and improving SteelEye’s brand awareness in the European market

• Creating and maintaining a tactical content plan

• Working with marketing agency to continuously improve SteelEye’s digital performance across SEO and SEM

• Supporting Marketing Director in quarterly and annual marketing performance analysis and reporting

• At least 2-3 years experience in marketing
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience in delivering results when working with external PR and marketing agencies
• Innovative and creative with a pro-active attitude
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent marketing qualification
• Excellent written English
