Do you want to play a central role in the further development of project management in BEUMER Group, and support the application of our frameworks and methodologies across the whole project life cycle?

As a Project Manager in our Project Management Office (PMO), you understand and satisfy the business needs of the BEUMER Group in all PMO focus areas and ensure harmonization in our global project management. The position provides a great opportunity to grow and develop in a global project management network. You will work closely with the rest of your PMO colleagues, primarily based in Beckum, where your tasks will include:

  • Support the application of our project management frameworks and methodologies across the whole project life cycle and support their daily implementation
  • Assist in ensuring the implementation of project management principles and the further development of the project management maturity in BEUMER Group worldwide
  • Assist in planning and executing multiple, simultaneous and complex PMO tasks on internal, strategic and international customer facing projects
  • Support the project management audits
  • Support project team workshops to enable the proper initiation, planning and execution of our projects
  • Provide support to our global PM Leads network
  • Support training and development initiatives for Project Managers in collaboration with the People & Culture department

You will spend the majority of your first 4-6 months in Beckum together with the rest of the PMO team to build relations to your colleagues, although the job will be based in our Aarhus office.

What you bring

  • You have a technical background, e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering and commercial, contractual understanding
  • Preferably you have at least some years of experience working in engineering, project management and process implementation as Senior Project Manager Level.
  • You are a team player with very good communication skills as well as enthusiasm to work in an international team 
  • Your work style is structured and reliable with very good self-management and problem-solving skills
  • You possess profound MS Office knowledge
  • You speak and write English fluently – an additional language is a plus
  • You are willing to travel up to 70 days a year
