Job Description

What will you be doing?

As the Inside Sales Representative, you will work across Novatti’s Emersion (emersion.com) unit to support aggressive growth by researching, prospecting through calls and emails, and qualifying leads in order to build a pipeline for our Sales team. Your days will be composed of responding to inbound inquiries, proactive cold outreach to potential new customers, and providing information and demonstrations that draw prospects into initial discovery calls and identify key needs that ultimately lead to qualified opportunities for our Emersion Sales team. Importantly, in this role you will:

  • Prospect into accounts and find leads to qualify for your Sales counterpart.
  • Email, call and send LinkedIn messages to help fill the pipeline with qualified sales opportunities.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and handling lead management.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level executives.
  • Develop knowledge of the automated billing market.
  • Build a sales and lead pipeline with qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.

Qualifications

What would make you a good candidate?

  • With 1+ years of lead generation or inside sales experience preferred in the utilities or telco industry, you are an excellent communicator who can truly empathize with the challenges our different merchants face.
  • You have the ability to engage prospects through email, phone conversations that lead to qualified meetings and a strong pipeline.
  • You leverage your Salesforce.com experience and sales process training to tactfully manage a pipeline to meet and exceed team goals.
  • As a passionate, growth-oriented individual, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and use your creativity when partnering with team members to ensure flawless execution.
  • You are motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt with a can-do attitude - no two days are the same, seriously!
