Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading the development of our marketing strategy, owning our brand presence and structuring our marketing lead generation process through inbound activities, written content, partner collaborations and paid media.

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven  professional who can plan, coordinate and execute our marketing strategy to increase our brand awareness and funnel conversion, generating Marketing Qualified Leads to be handed over to our Account Executives for closing.

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts,  social posts, newsletter, videos, webinars, infographics, etc)
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Support client retention by proactively creating and delivering materials that show our clients how Jobbatical supports their teams and new hires
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, constantly improving funnel conversions
  • Conducting customer, competitor, and product researches
  • Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign idea
  • Report weekly to the Head of Growth

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of multiple marketing channels
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media
  • Knowledge of Graphic Design and Website content management is a plus

Additional Information

Our Growth team is made of awesome people, but you’ll work primarily with (and report to) Yannick, our Head of Growth based in Mallorca, Spain.

You’ll be based anywhere or in our Tallinn office. We are a remote-friendly company. But we are looking for someone who can be available in European working hours.
