BEUMER Group Aarhus are looking for a person who has years of experience as a test manager and leadership skills to manage change program activities related to our high-level software test area. When millions of passengers every year check in their suitcases at the airport and reclaim them in another, they rely on the quality of the BEUMER Group software in our complex baggage handling solutions – all around the world.

Strengthening the software test area
We have, with offset in the TMap framework, already defined and described many of our software test processes and are now ready to focus on the deployment steps in our change program.

For this reason we now need a person with test management experience to deploy our defined test process activities, and to manage a deployment plan aligned to test matureness of our software organization.

We need a test manager who can take test lead in our customer projects and thereby support project software teams in test practice, in order for the test effort executed to add quality to our software projects.

In addition to the execution of the test management in software projects, our new test manager is also to make sure that our test processes are continuously improved and maintained.

We expect that you as a minimum have a background as an experienced test manager, where you have worked with risk-based test approach, and we also imagine that you:

• Are certified in TMap Suite Test Engineer or ISTQB Advanced test manager
• Have strong knowledge of test methodology used in practice and a good understanding of software quality assurance principles
• You might hold a bachelor's or master's degree in software computer science or similar, but most importantly you have demonstrated history within the field of test management
• Are fluent in English

Take the lead as technical leader
You will be part of a smaller test team and be responsible to the head of software process improvement activities. We expect you to be practically oriented and running the project tests with high impact. Besides that we also expect you to be able to communicate test language in understandable terms and execute internal training sessions as part of the test process deployment.
