Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Conduct information searches and respond to user requests;
  • Provide technical support for the firm's document management activities (support for project closure, document filing, file and digital folder migration, internal and external document transfer, quality control, etc.);
  • Perform data entry in the various systems;
  • Provide consulting and coaching services to the team in the area of document management;
  • Document procedures and policies related to information management;
  • Participate in testing in relation to the various strategies put in place. 

What you’ll need

 

  • DEC in documentation technology;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Good knowledge of various technology tools and comfortable with the Office 365 environment (Team, Sharepoint, Outlook);
  • Demonstrate an ability to work with integrated document management software;
  • Demonstrate independence and discretion;
  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment
  • Be meticulous and have a concern for accuracy in data entry
  • Bilingualism (an asset)
  • Customer-oriented approach.
