Job Description

  • In this role you will be a part of the LaneTerralever (LT) Marketing team. Our goal is to position the agency as a thought leader in the industry and generate more prospective client opportunities for the agency.

  • You will lead day-to-day social media efforts for the agency’s owned channels and be a part of long-form content creation. 

  • We're looking for a T–Shaped individual who is willing to jump in and learn new platforms, tools, and skills as needed. We need someone who is eager to collaborate with people across agency and unafraid to work with people they don’t know.

  • Weekly Activities

    • Content Calendar Creation

      • Participate in weekly social media content planning/brainstorm meetings

    • Write and Source Social Media Content

      • Source content from people at the agency. Event photos, client work, story behind the work, results, etc.

      • Capturing video content

    • Social Media Posting and Community Management 

      • 3 – 4 Linkedin posts per week

      • 3 – 4 Facebook posts per week

      • Weekly posting on Instagram stories

      • Responding to comments and engaging in discussions

    • LT Blog and Case Study Research, Writing, & Editing

    • Target List Building 

  • Time Commitment

    • Be able to commit between 20 – 25 hours per week

    • Availability on part of Mondays required

Qualifications

  • Please rank these skills in the order you believe you can provide the most value:

    • Writing social media copy that engages

    • Writing long-form content

      • Includes industry POV blog posts or LT client case studies

      • This will often require online research and interviewing experts at the agency to get their perspective on a topic

    • List Building
