Job Description

Join the Product Security team and become a key player making a software installed over 2.2 billion times, secure. You will be joining a growing and dynamic team in probably the most exiting European tech company.

 

  • Verifying the technical merit of vulnerability disclosures, providing feedback to vulnerability researchers and working with other developers to design and implement solutions to discovered vulnerabilities
  • Participate in periodic secure coding training sessions with other development teams as well as working with those teams to improve the security of existing concepts in response to issues discovered in the bug bounty program 
  • Provide remediation advice and help customers make the most value out of received reports
  • Support other security engineers in design and implementation of security improvements in the TeamViewer suite of products

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent working experience 
  • An understanding of software development and application security in scalable distributed systems environment
  • Programming skills in any of the following are required: C++, C#, Java, Go, WebAssembly, ReactJS
  • Familiarity with security concepts is a must, expertise in security architecture is a plus
  • Any experience in penetration testing, security assessments of applications, vulnerability search and cryptography is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies to follow the products technology stack 
  • Passionate about secure, innovative and user-friendly solutions for highly complex problems
  • Certifications such as: OSWE, OSEE, OSCP, EWPT, CEH are nice to have
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
