Our project management team is made up of highly motivated, detail-oriented conductors who work cross-departmentally to ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and are delivered on-time and within budget.

We’re currently searching for a Project Coordinator to support and oversee multiple web projects.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Communicate relevant project information to the account leadership.
  • Coordinate activities of the project team and ensure project tasks are completed by:
    • facilitating project-related team meetings, such as kick-offs, status updates, and internal/client reviews
    • communicating action steps to team
    • delivering weekly status reports to project team, the client and management
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate project documentation including status reports, project schedules, budgets, and postmortem reviews.
  • Ensure all project documentation is produced in the standard format, follows internal documentation processes, and is reviewed / approved.
  • Work in support of or under the guidance of a Sr. Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Raise and maintain awareness of all project issues and risks, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions.
  • Manage team and company systems including Workfront and Jira to ensure proper project management.
  • Manage project financial lifecycle, including estimates and budgets.
  • Support resource management efforts to ensure that projects are appropriately staffed, including both employee and contract resources.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • You’ve got around a year of experience in project management, particularly with digital or website projects.
  • You understand fundamental project management concepts.
  • You are a proactive, positive, team-player who likes to take ownership & lead others.
  • You have impeccable communication and organizational abilities.
  • Saying you’re “detail oriented” is an understatement.
  • You have strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • You’re practically an expert in MS Office.
  • You have a college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You are adaptable and nimble – learning and adopting new technologies and processes quickly.
