Job Description

This job function as Head of Service & Installation gives you a unique opportunity to participate in all relevant disciplines in large-scaled service projects within the wind industry as well as other renewables industries. You will establish and maintain a close cooperation with customers, key suppliers, site managers and back office. You will be part of the Management Group and report to our COO.

Roles of responsibility

·  Develop and manage our service department

·  Obtain new customers and maintain them (customer development & relations)

·  Be part of the project execution process from A – Z

·  Manage and develop subcontractors, suppliers and partnerships within the department

·  Guiding and managing blue collars for project execution in close collaboration with Project and Site Manager

·   Manage the department and project budgets

·   Keep track on project time plan

·   Ensure a safe and quality focused environment as well as development needed competences together with QHSE & HR Department

Qualifications

·   Electrical background and also preferably degree in Business, Project Management  or similar

·   Preferably 5 years’ experience from a similar position 

·   Strong negotiator and communication skills both within execution of projects and commercial aspects

·   Strong time-management and organizational skills

·   Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time and within short timeframes

·   Fluent language skills in Danish and English both oral and written manner

·   Must have a valid driver’s license

Work location

You will be working from one of our offices in Aalborg, Aarhus or Esbjerg but both national and international travel activity must be expected (around 40 days a year).
