Job Description

Assist with all internal and external Hr related inquiries or request.

Assist with performance management procedures.

Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.

Assist with the recruitment processes by identifying candidates, performing reference check and issuing employment contracts.

Perform orientation and update records of new staff.

Assist with Hr projects.

Perform other related duties as required.

 

Qualifications

B.A in Businesses Administration or related field.

Good knowledge of employment/labour law.

2-3 years proven experience as an Hr Officer

Excellent communications and people's skills.
