Are you studying technology management & marine engineering and looking for an internship for the spring semester of 2022? We are looking for a student who want to join a key part of our business and work on the rollout of a global asset management system, further developing our digital approach in residential service

As a bachelor intern in BEUMER Group you will get the opportunity to combine a valuable internship with your bachelor thesis, which you will create the framework for together with your coming manager.

Solid understanding of BEUMER Group
Your base will be in the Residential Service team, which is part of our Customer Support division. Here, your primary focus will be on the rollout of a global asset management system, which is part of our journey from a traditional approach to service and maintenance to a condition-based model based on a digital and data-driven foundation.

You will be part of a collaboration between Residential Service, Data Analytics and onsite teams, working to develop a plan to ensure a modern service and maintenance concept. During the internship you will be focusing on:

  • Working with the latest suite of asset management products from IBM (Maximo Application Suite), including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and AI and Machine Learning
  • Working with a modern technology stack
  • Getting experience in coordinating efforts in a major digital transformation/change management
  • Learning unique skills within asset management


Marine Engineer with an interest in data
You are currently studying technology management & marine engineering and are enrolled in a Danish engineering school, writing your bachelor thesis in the spring semester of 2022. As you will be focusing a lot on data analysis and digital tools, it´s important that you have solid technical knowhow and have a great interest within the area. You are motivated to convert theory to practical tasks and projects and ready to work independently and take responsibility on equal terms with your colleagues.

Intern in BEUMER Group
As an intern with us you will, first and foremost, be taken well care of and will have a dedicated mentor during the entire internship. Before you start, you will receive an introduction plan, so you know what you will be working on during the internship.

Moreover, you will have plenty of opportunities to get to know the other interns. As one initiative, all interns are having lunch together every second week, where you can share experiences and get to know each other across the organisation.

The internship is paid and will last for appr. 5 months – the specific duration will be agreed with your coming manager before the start of the internship.
