Job Description

As our Global E-commerce Merchandiser, you play a central role in driving the customer offer, the commercial plan and profitable growth. Your overall responsibility is to drive and maximize our digital sales, always with the customer in focus. You are also responsible in creating conditions for the regional merchandising teams to succeed, as well as for creating efficient Ways of Working and developing best practices together with colleagues and partners inside and outside of H&M Beauty. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Together with the commercial team you set and drive the Commercial plan for the digital channel. You collaborate cross functionally to optimize both the digital and omni commercial plan, putting the customer at the center whilst securing the business idea
  • Together with the commercial team in the BU you set and drive clear and inspirational Commercial information to regions and markets.
  • You have an ongoing dialogue with the regions to be able to best support them in reaching their goals.
  • Identifying growth potential in customer offer and regions. Initiate and drive impact projects to drive digital growth.
  • Follow-up on sales, customer activation and commercial plan and communicate it, act on global level and challenge and support local teams.
  • Driving goals & follow up for sales, stock and reductions for H&M Beauty towards and together with Head of E-commerce, Assortment teams and regions.
  • Take active part in development of way of working and tools together with Assortment teams, local merchandisers and visual merchandisers, as well as the H&M Business Units.

Qualifications

You are proven online merchandiser with taste and talent for analysis and controlling or a business controller with a strong customer interest and commercial flair. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit with drive.

To be considered for this role we believe that you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience from driving sales as a merchandiser or business controller.
  • A passion for digital experiences with a proven track record from driving strong results in E-Commerce

Additional Information

The position is placed in H&M Beauty’s head office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm, Sweden.
