Job Description

What will you be doing?

As the Account Manager, you will drive continued value and expansion within a portfolio of Alternate Payment accounts and achieve retention and expansion goals. You will ensure Novatti is aligned with the customers' needs and expectations by working with the Marketing, Transaction and Leadership teams, ensuring the renewal and growth of every customer. You will develop strategic account plans, build senior-level relationships, and demonstrate and measure payment value to ensure renewals and expansion. Importantly, in this role you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts throughout the entire lifecycle and ensure achievements are hit for growth and renewal phases.
  • Develop strategic plans that help customers increase usage of our product.
  • Thoroughly understand customer needs and communicate Novatti’s value proposition to articulate differentiators.
  • Keep the CRM updated with the most recent accurate forecasts, latest activities and next steps. Report on this activity to executive management.
  • Develop all aspects of portfolio pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
  • Negotiate and ensure renewal and growth for existing active customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues and negotiate a resolution.

Qualifications

What would make you a good candidate?

  • You have experience working in the entertainment, gaming or digital currency space and selling in a B2B environment.
  • You have experience using modern sales tech stack, including Pipedrive, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Customer Success or Project Portfolio Management applications, Business Intelligence Systems, different remote collaboration tools and more.
  • You have experience negotiating business terms with senior management and C-suite executives.
  • You have a strong desire to succeed, and able to motivate.
  • You have the ability to influence those around you, regardless of role and title and maintain successful relationships with key business contacts.
  • You are motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt with a can-do attitude - no two days are the same, seriously!
