Job Description

What will you be doing?

As the Group Sales Administrator, you’ll enable clear insights into the company’s sales activities. You will be responsible for the management and reporting of Novatti’s sales data and key sales metrics. Utilising a methodical and process driven approach you will coordinate the inputs and requirements from the Business Units Heads of Sales and the CRM to assure timely and meaningful results. Importantly, you’ll:

  • Track imminent key sales deal flow deliverables and prompt Sales teams to ensure milestones are met
  • Ensure data accuracy and completion for sales leads and deals in CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Conduct traffic management of sales leads and deals to support the Sales Team
  • Review inbound business opportunity leads, including those generated through digital campaigns, to feed into the appropriate business unit and sales team
  • Facilitating group-wide resources within the CRM, eg, email templates, Sales Documents, MNDAs etc
  • To ensure that the Heads of Sales are aware of any administration issues and difficulties in Sales Admin processes.
  • Assist with Corporate Sales programs and initiatives when needed.
  • Build effective relationships with other team members and employees in the company.

Qualifications

What would make you a good candidate?

  • You have had experience working in a similar role being the allrounder for a business preferable with a strong understanding for sales management and executive assistance.
  • You can analyse data using Excel with formulas, pivot tables etc. and you have a good understanding of CRM systems.
  • You have great communication skills with the ability to influence those around you, regardless of role and title.
  • You see no task as “too small” or “beneath” them.
  • You work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • You are motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt with a can-do attitude - no two days are the same, seriously!
