Company Description

Want to join the H&M Foundation in its mission to drive positive change for communities, people and the planet? We are happy to announce an exciting role with the opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of innovation and partnerships for a planet positive fashion industry.

About H&M Foundation

The H&M Foundation is an independent non-profit global foundation headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. It is privately funded by the Stefan Persson family, founders and main owners of the H&M Group. Created to accelerate progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030, H&M Foundation uses collaboration and innovation to co-create, fund and share solutions for the world’s most urgent challenges.

Today, the Foundation has twelve employees and we are extending our Planet team to further strengthening our role as the impatient visionaries by building ecosystems of programs and partners to create and scale impact. To succeed, we must address challenges within the entire earth system – not only climate – but also water, ocean, biodiversity and land and across every step of the industry’s value chain. And we cannot settle with reducing negative impact or even neutralising it, instead, our actions must lead to a planet positive future.
